The Bridge at Riverside Suites

Access was given via codes over email which meant that we were able to check in at our leisure. Everything was clean and tidy and well maintained. Will use again when we visit Bridgenorth.

The £100 deposit made us a little nervous about whether we would receive this back as it is done via bank transfer. I can happily say that the deposit was returned within 48 hours of us leaving.

The room had a Rhythm & Blues theme and was immaculate...

The £100 deposit , we booked last minute to go the next day and then promptly received a message stating they Need £100 damages deposit, fortunately we was able to pay this immediately but some people might not be able to.

It was Great. My property is being worked on at the minute and I don't have any facilities to have a shower so I booked this hotel to have a shower because I only live down the road :-)

Room quirky but nice design and very clean. Low town location. Nice views of the river.

Terribly noisy location. Noise carried on until 02:30. Rowdy drunk people right outside door and windows. When we arrived I wondered why two sets of earplugs were provided on the bedside tables. Maybe midweek stay would have been quieter. Leaving a £100 deposit for damages is something I have never had to do before, maybe reflects on the type of people that stay at this location.

We loved the views of the river and the cliffs, and it’s location. The property was lovely and looked just like it’s photos. We loved the bathroom and the room overall was excellent. The facilities were very luxurious and extremely tidy and clean. We liked the music theme too, which was unique.

There was a lot of background noise from the nearby bars which didn’t shut until 2am on the Saturday night. This was not mentioned on the bookings.com and made it harder to sleep.

Really nice stay for a weekend, you have all you need and the room is spacious and clean.

If you visit in the summer, be prepared to be woken up by full daylight early in the morning! The blinds they have won’t help 😅
