"Perfect base for the night near Seaham and Sunderland."

This was a great base for the night. Just a few moments away by car from Seaham beach, and 10 minutes from Sunderland. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen clean. Kostas was a great host; he met us when we arrived, which was really easy to arrange, and showed us around the apartment and gave us some local info. Would definitely stay again.

"Fantastic staff and a really well appointed apartment."

The owners couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. We arrived hungry and tired, we were able to get food from the restaurant, (amazing pizzas) delivered to our room within 20 mins. Throughout our stay they were very friendly. The inn is really close to a great beach walk.

There was no travel cot available so we had to transport our own down from Scotland.

Excellent large room with own private access. Huge comfortable bed. Great food and drinks at the attached pub. Hosts costa and Lejia (hope I spelt that correctly) were wonderful, as was all the staff.

Cannot think of anything that springs to mind.
