The shower did not work - I tried called the number given but no answer

Price advertised doesn't immediately make clear a deposit needs to be paid by bank transfer only, then the host deducts £3 before refund of depositaftwr sitting on it for 7 days. Abrupt and delayed responses to questions by email/text. Room was ok but the communal parts of building were like entering a cave! Dark and uninviting. Ensuite had a toilet positioned such that one could not sit on it without banging against the wall. The electric shower was not working and shower curtain was broken. No heating in ensuite!

I’m still unsure why there’s a £2 fee for claiming back your deposit. Seems an easy way to make some extra cash for merely doing a transfer.

Booked 3 times now Worth the money One of the radiators in the room didn't work so it was cold. The wifi wouldnt work on the tv. Which was a shame as could only watch free view Other than that was a comfortable night
