"Good but….."

Location and the room layout/facilities.

Both mattresses were misshapen making sleep uncomfortable. The wet room was excellent but the shower did not drain as fast as the water filled it leading to a wet room floor. Not as good as our last visit.

"Comfortable, easy to access and value for money."

No cafe on site but tea and coffee facilities in room. Room spacious, basic and comfortable and quiet, needs a light over sink area. Easy and safe parking, Teslar charging points.

As the room was suitable for people with disabilities, the system of collecting the room key from House 15 is not satisfactory as one has to negotiate 2 flights of stairs, a key box would solve this problem. When approaching Flimwell Park it looks very 'industrial' but once inside the barrier and in the car park the lodges become visible and look more welcoming - some 'softening' of the environment would attract more passing traffic I think.
