Sunrise Residence

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location couldn’t be better — close to the sea and airport, with shops, markets, and pharmacies just around the corner. 🌊✈️ The area is calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. My room was cozy and clean, and the view from the balcony was just beautiful! 😍 If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to stay with everything nearby, I definitely recommend this hotel. I’d love to come back again soon! 💙

Unfortunately it eas gery bad experience for me.

It wasnt clean at all. We found lots of hair in washbasin and in the bad. It was worst experience for me.

Staff is good and welcoming.

- Breakfast room is too small and food is so-so. Too many people. The floor was not cleaned. The organisation needs to be reviewed. - my room had a very old-fashioned and non efficient air conditioning. It takes 40 min to refresh the room. - Too much outside noises, until 4 am sometimes ! My room was not soundproof well. - At some point, my room cards stopped working. I have to ask other tourists to help me take the elevetor (my room was on floor 9). I was lucky to encounter someone each time.

• The sea view from the windows is beautiful. • There are shops and a pharmacy nearby. • The airport is not far away.

• The check-in process was unacceptable. The reception sign clearly says check-in from 15:00, but I had requested an early check-in for 13:00 many months in advance, and they had confirmed it in writing. Despite that, our room was still not ready even after 15:00. The receptionist spoke to me in an spoke in an irritated manner. We ended up checking in only after 5 pm. • There was a full-day water outage. Even after the promised time for restoration, the water never came back. When I went to reception to ask, the woman simply said, “I don’t know, go buy some water,” without any apology or attempt to check the situation. • Constant drilling noise during the day - impossible to rest properly. • No proper cleaning service during the stay. They didn't come and offer cleaning or replacement of towels • On some floors where pets are allowed, there was a strong dog smell. • The swimming pool looks nothing like in the pictures - in reality it is tiny, more like a bathtub. • Overall, the stay was very disappointing, and our vacation was ruined.
