Very near from centre.. everyrhing you need around . Room cleaning daily.

The location is not good, theres a casino and sounds of music is very loud.. Also the apartments are in 34th floor, so theres elevator waiting time.

المكان عبارة عن عمارة كبيرة وماجرين فيها دورين 33, 34 للشقق الفندقية… الاثاث تعبان ومكسر، الفطور مكان ضيق وتنتظر الزبائن للمغادرة لاخذ المكان، الفطور كميات محدوده وتنتظر اعادة ملىء الطبق، ويوجد موظفه واحده فقط للاهتمام بالمشروبات والتنظيف.. يوجد فقط 2 لفتات ولك ان تتخيل الزحام والانتظار.

- Appartement size - breakfast was decent - elevators working and without much waiting time.

- entrance to building / reception not indicated . Finally found out that is is entrance B , which is in between the many high rises and not indicated on the outside. The reception is on the 33rd floor. - wifi password was informed incorrectly and only next day a clever receptionist advised correct password and programmed also our television. The WiFi router inside the appartement didnot work as was not visible. According to me their was no power connected. - although advertised that their is parking, only after booking completed being advised that no parking available. In Batumi, especially in that area it is very difficult to find a parking spot! I doubt that this "hotel" has own parking spots.

I left this "hotel" after two hours I spent there and there was the worst hotel experience in my life. They listed swimming pool as a hotel facilities. But when I asked about this pool receptionist said it's for extra charge $20 per person per day!!! it wasn't noted in the listing. It's because they really don't have any own pool and use side services which I could book without their participation. There is absolute deception here: they have listed facilities that they do not have. The access data for wifi provided by the receptionist doesn't work so I had to go and ask again. Also there weren't shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. And there wasn't a safe box as it's listed in the room facilities description . So I wasn't able to leave a room to eat or for a walk. The staff is absolutely incompetent. They are unable to solve any problem. The receptionist suggested that I fix the safe myself, which she brought to the cafeteria (!) because "she can't do it". The safe should be built into the wall or a closet, and not freely carried around like a suitcase. The description also states that the staff speaks four languages, but in reality the receptionist only spoke poor English (except Georgian). I am completely disappointed and got a heavy stress in this place. I don't why booking posted it as 5-star hotel. There are international standards for assigning stars. This hotel does not correspond to two stars. It does not even have a sign and an exact address. I had to ask for help from people around me and call the reception to find the building. In fact, these are apartments on the 33-34 floors in a rather modest building that has nothing of its own: no pool, no gym, no normal reception desk. You will wait forever for the elevator until all the residents of the building go to their 31 floors. I am waiting any answer and refund from them for 8 days already. Please avoid this "hotel".

The hotel in Batumi was generally good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, one of the rooms was not clean upon arrival. When we requested cleaning, it was done to an acceptable level, though not perfect. On the positive side, the ladies at the reception were absolutely wonderful and made our stay more pleasant.
