"Absolute pearl among Georgian properties - AMAZING place and hosts!"

Absolutely amazing place and amazing and friendly owners! Perfect location on the hill, with sea view surrounded by subtropical garden with amazing and well maintained plants and water stream. Great pool in the middle of the garden. Playground for children. Modern and clean rooms with good A/C. We were welcomed with cold wine and hot coffee and Spanish tapas (the owners are Georgian-Spanish couple :-) We wanted to stay longer but was fully booked. Absolute pearl among Georgian properties only comparable with 5 star hotels...

It's a beautiful and we'll cured place it seems to be in a really botanic garden ,the apartment is comfortable,clean and well furnished, exceptional hospitality,the owners are so generous they enjoy your being there with sangria,white wine ,cheese ,coffee etc ... Adviced for families and couples

Tha owner of this guest house is a lovely woman who cares for the comfort of her guests dearly. The location is superb! Our room was very sunny and had an amazing view!
