מקום חשוך לא רואים לא מואר ללא שילוט מסודר נפלתי במדרגות על מנת למצוא את המקום ומי שפתח לי לאחר שעה חיפוש צעק עלי שאם אני רוצה אני יכול ללכת לא היתה לי ברירה כי המלוי הקבוע שלי היה תפוס אבל אני לא אחזור

Everything was good even though parking wasn’t in hotel included still she did her best and accommodated me for parking spot and anything I asked for instant response and fulfilled

I stayed at this property for 5 nights and couldn’t recommend it more. My room was super cozy and had everything a traveler might need, including a hairdryer, iron, utensils, coffee cups, wine glasses, and coffee and tea. There was also a minibar, which came in very handy after a long journey to Georgia. Special thanks to the host for arranging an early check-in, as my bus arrived way ahead of schedule, around 4 a.m. I had no trouble finding the hotel, just follow the instructions the host sends and check the location on google maps in advance. The property is right in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of many attractions, which is perfect for first-time visitors to Tbilisi. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood at night. Even though the nearby streets are lively, I slept with the windows open and didn’t hear a thing. Whenever I return to Tbilisi, this will definitely be my top choice.

Нам понравилось всё! Отличное расположение в старом Тбилиси. Всё в пешей доступности. Довольно тихо и очнь уютный дворик. В комнате очень чисто и есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Огромное спасибо хозяевам.

Posizione super centrale e facilissima da raggiungere. Host molto disponibile e sua madre (che ci ha accolti) è una signora straordinariamente gentile e disponibile. Pulizia encomiabile. Ci hanno trattato davvero bene. Straconsigliato!!! :)

La struttura si trova in una piccola stradina facilmente raggiungibile, a pochi metri dal centro della città e dalle diverse attrazioni della città. La stanza è accogliente, curata, pulita, davvero molto grande e dotata di ogni comfort (anche il bagno spazioso e funzionale). Hanno pensato a tutto: bibite e snack in frigo, bicchieri, bollitore per il tè e il caffè, prodotti per il bagno e asciugacapelli (cose che non sempre sono a disposizione). L'host è stato molto cortese. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura!
