Zimmer war nicht sauber, geputzt wurde nur alle zwei Tage, der Boden nie gewischt. Das Bad wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt – der Badspiegel war immer verschmutzt. Es wurde lediglich der Müll entfernt sowie frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche bereitgestellt. Das Badezimmer war zudem sehr klein (ca. 2 m × 1,5 m) mit WC, Dusche und Waschbecken auf engstem Raum. Der Kühlschrank gab gelegentlich störende Geräusche von sich. Es gab nur eine Schlüsselkarte, was unpraktisch war. Die Klimaanlage befand sich direkt über dem Bett und funktionierte nur, wenn die Karte im Stromschlitz steckte – daher kaum nutzbar. Ab ca. 21 Uhr gab es beim Duschen nur noch kaltes Wasser. Der Fernseher bot nur wenige Programme und keine Streaming-Möglichkeiten (z. B. YouTube). Ich bewerte streng nach europäischem Standard, da ich viele Hotels besuche und mir bewusst ist, dass Bewertungen aus Balkan-Ländern (z. B. Serbien, Bulgarien, Rumänien) oft weniger kritisch ausfallen.
