Costa D' Ifesto

-Location. Right next to Agios Ioannis's fantastic clean beach, next to plenty of good beach bars and restaurants and only 15min away by car from Myrina -Rooms. We had the maisonette (3) and it was big, clean and with a nice view to the sea -Facilities. Modern kitchen, TVs, bathrooms, air-conditions, fridge. Everything working fine -Cleanliness. Very clean rooms and the staff did an excellent job every day to keep our rooms and the hotel clean -Pool. Big, clean (albeit with some dead bugs in it but nothing you can do about it) and with plenty of space and loungers to just spend the day there -Breakfast. It was nice and convenient to have it delivered every day and the products were fresh and tasty

-The maisonette had a table and chairs only on the top floor. It was nice but not very convenient when the sun hits it all day long and you can't sit down and enjoy your breakfast in the morning. We asked -twice- for a table and chairs for the ground floor balcony and we were just ignored -The breakfast was a bit repetitive -The bathrooms were modern but too complicated. It took us quite a long time to figure out how to operate the shower! -The reception and the people responsible for the day-to-day were either not there or not responding to our text messages. As this was a hotel I expected that there would be someone there to help and answer to our enquiries and at least give us an answer and not just ignore us. It was too left to its own or at least it seemed like it.

Location is vary nice, pretty close to sandy beaches (Be aware that beach in front of location is full of big stones and verry hard to get in). Very quiet little complex. The pool is a bonus for the hot afternoons when you dont feel like going to the beach. Rooms are clean and well designed (one more wardrobe closet would be a great - gets a bit crowded if you are 4 ppl and stay more than 5-6 days). Kitchen is well equipped.

Well... breakfast. We knew it would be repetitive but it is frustrating after the 3rd day. I realize it is hard to plan for the kind of door menu but many things can be improved. Besides the juice, bread, jam honey and milk i think every other item should be mixed at least on the 3rd day. We got boiled eggs for 5 days straight. It is a shame because Limnos bakeries have such amazing patisseries. Mix them, one day sweet, one day salty, maybe one day give people some meats other day maybe some olives, the possibilities are numerous. OR maybe turn the accommodation near the pool into a breakfast area... just an ideea

Absolutely nothing

I liked everything, the rooms are very pretty and clean with everything you need for a stay. Breakfast was really good and had variety. The pool is really pleasant and you're close to the beach. The personnel was really helpful and nice. The courtyard is well lit at night, and it looks very beautiful. Also, they have a lot of parking spaces. I felt very peaceful, I highly recommend booking a stay here.

There's nothing negative to say.

Excellent for kids, immaculately clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast served in the room daily.
