Amabilidad excepcional de la recepcionista quien nos guió y ayudó en todo , desde explicarnos la ubicación y ayudarnos con las maletas , hasta conseguirnos tours y transportes cuando los necesitamos

Me gustó que eran muy amables

Cuando llegamos no teníamos luz y nos tocó una noche sin luz ni are acondicionado después lo solucionaron en el siguiente día pero debieron darnos otra habitación

My room door could not be locked on my first time after check-in when wanted to leave for dinner. Staff helped me. Next day after locking for breakfast, couldn't open the door when urgently need to get inside to attend a call. Though service men arrived within 30 mins and staffs helped with WD40 to lubricate the lock. It was bit frustrating when had to join a meeting. Only because of frustration with the door lock reducing from 10, else I prefer giving 10/10

Clean apartment with view, good facilities including pool & breakfast

No milk provided in room to have with coffee/ tea provided. We asked twice at reception to get some for nightly coffee , this did not arrive at all...reception service not great.Also lift only services certain apts not ours & we had to drag heavy cases up & down stairs, not fun!

Just a short walk away from the town centre, in a calm neighbourhood, a pleasant oasis of calm. Private balcony with sea view and the pretty donkeys pass by the window!

The constant noise of a jacuzzi (this was switched off when mentioned but kept me awake), the quality of the breakfast offer.

Café da manhã formidável. Localização perfeita do hotel, em Santorini. Apenas uma pequena distância a pé do centrinho de Fira. Todos os funcionários bastante atenciosos e prestativos. Quarto amplo, confortável, banheiro imenso. Acomodação linda!

O único incômodo foram as escadas para levarmos as malas, mas isso não influenciou na qualidade da hospedagem, que foi sensacional. Entretanto, uma rampa para malas facilitaria bastante para os hóspedes que estão levando muita bagagem na viagem.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Fira, zwar in zweiter Reihe aber alles in Laufdistanz. Gepflegtes, angenehmes kleines Hotel. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Inmitten des Santorini Trubels eine angenehme ruhige Ecke.

Zimmer sind etwas ringhörig.
