Les personnes à l'accueil étaient vraiment supers, très agréables et très arrangeantes. Le petit dej était exceptionnel ! La chambre était lumineuse et très propre. La literie très confortable.

Dommage que l'hôtel ne soit pas équipé de TV connectés, cela permettrait l'accès à Netflix par exemple pour les enfants pour les moments de pause. Mais ceci est valable pour la majorité des hôtels.

Staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is a problem and they make you feel so welcome. Facilities are good and they do match the pictures which is important. We had the room with outdoor hot tub and it was comfortable. Outdoors also had a hammock and two sun loungers. The sea view is not on the caldera side but that wasn't a problem for me however it is worth noting if that is what you are looking for. The bed's were comfortable, breakfast was included (and nice). Location is fantastic, a 5 minute walk into the centre of Fira.

The handle on the door to the bedroom fell off. The shower overflows outside the shower door so be careful when stepping out of it. But these are minor things overall.

Ottimo hotel nel centro di Fira con piscina ottima, posizione dell’albergo perfetto vicina alla stazione dei bus e al centro. Personale gentilissimo super consigliato.
