Nice and clean room with modern facilities

There was no view. The outside space was like an underground cage.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem alten, kleinen Fischerdorf. Abgelegen im Süden der Insel. Wer Natur liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Lage authentisches Frühstück.

Die Anreise ist etwas beschwerlich - etwa 1,5 Stunden.

Simpele kamer maar geweldige locatie, vlakbij het strand. Klein maar gezellig dorpje.

Výborná lokalita, zatím ještě příliš nepostižená masovým turismem - velká, klidná pláž, východisko pro túry do okolí. Výborné restaurace ve velmi blízkém okolí. Naprosto výjimečný poměr cena / výkon.

This hotel is in a superb location, right on the beach and in walking distance of everything. It has a beach bar which also serves food. Free sunbeds for the hotel guests. Sougia is a tiny place but has a great selection of restaurants! The staff here are so welcoming and quick to respond. My haridrier was not working and they quickly provided a replacement. There is a very laid back vibe. It felt very safe and relaxed here. We had planned to walk the Samaria Gorge but my husband was not well enough. So we spent a delightful relaxing day on S|ougia Beach.

The only reason I am not giving a higher score is because of the room itself (Room 12). Perhaps we were unlucky and the other rooms are better? It was perfectly clean and quite well furnished but was very dark and dingy with a tiny window which looked out onto a public area, so we had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. The bathroom was also tiny with the smallest imaginable shower!
