Ilias Place

We stayed in a king room with balcony and it was newly renovated. The room was excellent and the bed was really comfortable. The property is down a little lane way from the beach so it is off the road and was really quiet. The owners were lovely.

Everything this was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in the host was so lovely I cannot recommend it enough!

Nothing it was perfect

Perfect location right on the beachfront. A short walk from the ferry port and proximity of lots of restaurants. Best bit was the lovely warm welcome and accommodation by Dimitrios. I was allowed to check in significantly earlier and that was a huge help. Greeted with cold water and fresh figs for breakfast. Loved the place and wish I could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend.

The owner was amazing super nice and helpful

Dimitrius was an incredible host. The room was close to the port, convenient, clean, and very comfortable. Dimitrious made sure I had everything i needed for a stay. I would recommend Ilias Place to anyone visiting Ios! :)

Convenient, clean, comfortable, great host

Pristine cleanliness. Our room had just been renovated and we were the first to stay in it. Dimitris was very kind and helpful and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We hope to return soon.

Hard to find fault. The room was perfect for us and is in a good location near the beach with excellent facilities.
