Great location, very close to Pefkos main beach behind “Flyers” restaurant. View from the balcony was great, overlooking the sea. Nice spacious room with large comfortable bed and plenty of storage space, a/c and fridge were all good. Nice bathroom with good shower. Very clean, with maid service every day. Close to other beach front restaurants, and a short walk to lots at other bars and tavernas. Large supermarket a short walk away. Owner Nikos was very helpful arranging our transfers and even recovering our delayed suitcase from the airport! Would definitely stay again!

helpful and friendly owner and staff. close to the beach. simple rooms but bright and comfortable

rooms were all different and so didn’t know before arriving - ended up changing my room to a more accessible one. kitchen equipment could have been more consistent. some rooms didn’t have a toaster or cafetière or small saucepan.

"Fabulous holiday!"

Location was a stone throw from the beach & restaurants. We were in a ground floor apartment so no actual sea view but the room has high ceilings so nice & cool & we’ll presented in a rustic way. Front & back patios, kitchen had all we needed & the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had on holiday. The housekeeper was around every day keeping everything looking great & Nikos popped in to share local knowledge & ask if we needed anything.

Option to book an upstairs apartment but that’s booking.com, would book directly with Nikos next time.

A lovely self catering studio with everything we needed for our stay provided by Nikos who was friendly and helpful on arrival and during our stay. The perfect location, peaceful, next the lovely sandy Lee Beach and within walking distance of local bars, shops and tavernas
