Marika Apartments

Great location - spacious apartment (no 3) on the ground floor facing the sea. On arrival apartment was clean and well presented, with a small welcome pack of tea, coffee and water. Apartment was bigger than expected. Parking available onsite for up to 4 small cars and lucky enough to get a space each day (first come first served)

Mattresses on the beds were extremely hard (rock solid) which made them very uncomfortable. Bins were emptied each day but would have been nice if either the staff had done a quick sweep around of the apartment, or if there was a brush in the apartment to sweep with (ended up with sand / bits in bed from floor and bare feet)

We liked the balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. The beds were firm and large. Location was pleasant

We were surprised not to have had a coffee maker of some description. We didn’t find the apartment to be well sign posted

Lovely quiet location by the sea. 10 minute walk round coast to beaches. Found a lovely tiny sandy beach a few minutes up the hill. Minutes on foot to supermarket and local shops. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff and neighbours. Kids loved the pool.

Kitchen could do with a few more pots, pans and utensils. Some of the equipment supplied was well used and could do with being replaced. Managed fine however with what we had and used the kitchen to cook every night as on a budget. We stayed beginning of April. Was very cold at night in the bedrooms. Heating only in the kitchen.

Très bon emplacement, l’appartement est très bien il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour séjourné. Le personnel n’est pas sur place mais réactif par message si nous avions besoin

Malheureusement nous étions les premiers de la saison donc il faisait très froid dedans car il n’avait pas été du tout chauffé de tout l’hiver, éviter d’aller à Corfou en avril le coin est un peu calme beaucoup de restaurant bar et boutiques fermé ou en rénovation

Perfect location with beautiful view in a quiet beachside location but so close to the centre. Lovely and clean with friendly staff. Great pool . Apartment was lovely we were luckily enough to have 3 balconies , which was perfect for late season sunshine.

Bathroom could do with a little tlc, shower needed a curtain to stop floor getting wet. Lots of mosquitoes so having fly nets would really help with that.
