Gennadi Gardens Apartments & Villas

The rooms were spacious. Kitchen was fully equiped. Air conditioning was working well. So even with 40 C outside it was comfortable to stay inside. The cleaning was done every 3 days. Loved that! The apartment is suitable for stay in or traveling around the island. We did both. We spent some time at the pool and travelled arround with a car. Rhodes town is ~ 1.15 hour away. Other beaches are up to 1 hour drive. There is a sea 10 min walk from the apartment with possibility to rent sunbeds with umbrella for 10 eur. It seemed that there were mostly families with kids staying at the property so it was quiet in the evenings. A plus was the cold beer near the pool and icecream. Also you can buy water at the reception so you dont need to carry from the shop. The town shop is at 5 minutes walk. Enjoyed the stay very much, thank you for everything!

Next time I come back I would love to see a capsule coffee machine :)

Spacious apartment, polite and friendly staff.

Gravel driveway with loose gravel. Like driving through thick sludge, walking through it was not nice I. Flip flops your feet and shoes ended up gritty and grey. Shower hose wasn’t long enough to put in the holder.

The rooms were very large, the beds comfortable and air conditioning appreciated. The apartment was very clean and the sheets and towels were changed every 2 days. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and responded quickly to any needs we had. only a 2 minute walk to supermarket, bakery and tavernas and a 10 minute walk to the beach

This only applies to our personal preference as we found the hotel and the village of gennadi a bit too quiet for our taste. However if you are looking for a chilled out holiday then this is a perfect place

several pools are very good.

It is necessary to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the pools and the repair of sun loungers and umbrellas.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of Gennardi Garden Apartments. The 3 pools were a highlight and kept our grandchildren cool and happy. Rooms were large and spacious and generally well maintained. Being conveniently close to shops, restaurants and the beach was a bonus.

Having a few sachets of tea and coffee in the kitchen would have been welcome.

The hotel is located in the center of Gennadi, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries. The apartment was well-equipped and the wifi connection worked perfectly. The room and the hotel in general were spotless. Despite being close to the center of town, the area is very tranquil. There are three swimming pools. although there are small, there was always space and free sun beds. There was a parking space for the car. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Everything was perfect.

We had one big appartment with all what we needed. We could use 4 different swiming pools in resort. Apartment is 2 minutes from city centre with restaurants and few shops. Stony Beach is 3 minutes by car and was always nearly empty.

WIFI connection could be better as it did not work all the time properly.

We stayed in a villa which was very spacious. The complex is immaculate and any very minor issues week sorted very quickly. The location is ideal for the village, it's literally round the corner from the heart of it.

The only grumble we has was the beach wasn't the best. I knew it was rocky beforehand but it hadn't been combed so there were prickly plants on it. Not the fault of the villa of course but somewhere for others to consider.
