Having stayed in 5 different places in Haraki I can say with confidence that Tommy's rooms was the quitest location (with the exception of saturday night when the village comes to life) and had the nicest views (across Massari beach). We stayed in room 5 which is directly over Tommy's Taverna/Restaurant, we used the balcony every night and did not find the noise level too loud, nor carry on too late, nor did we feel we had no privacy - the diners are too busy enjoying the delicious food to stare at the two crazy ladies sat on the balcony above! The Taverna and the rooms had a lovely family feel, we were waved at most nights by Dimitri (Tommy's son) who owns La Plaz (another great Taverna in Haraki). Tommy is an excellent story teller who does like to tease. In terms of accomodation the room/apartment was average for the area, we had a seperate bedroom with double bed and a put me up bed (with proper mattress) in the Kitchen/Lounge area. The beds were comfortable if a little on the soft side (the double), we had fresh sheets and towels evey couple of days. The bathroom was excellent with one of the better showers I have seen in Haraki, the only thing to be mindful of is the water temperature, it gets quite hot due to the efficient sun boilers and as the water pressure is quite poor in Haraki it doesn't mix with cold water too well - the best time to shower temperature wise is first thing in the morning. We used the kitchen to cook a couple of times, it is very basic, but the point of staying in Haraki is to eat out at one of the many excellent taverna's as the food is very reasonably priced. If you hire a car there is ample parking close to the rooms in the public carpark, plus the village bus stop is just across the way from the Taverna where you can catch regular buses to Lindos (and beyond) or Rodos (going in the other direction).

Extra pillows would have been nice, some of the pillows in our room were flat and hard, also an extra blanket would have been nice as we only had 1 blanket for two beds. Tea cups are rather small but that is a personal preference as I like my morning tea in a 'bucket'.

The apartment was new and modern, shower had very good pressure and temperature. Good aircondition and mosquito nets on windows. The room was cleaned every 2-3 days. The location is quiet and a jump away from the center of Haraki. The taverna near the appartment serves amazing food and one of the best Rhodes beaches (Agathi) is less than 5 minutes away. Lots of free parking spaces.

The appartment looked very differently than the one in pictures. I missed more privacy - the windows, entrance and terrace were exposed, being on the ground floor near the taverna. The matresses were incredibly hard, we had back pain every day.

The location was excellent, very close to the sea and the small town. Good price for the room and value for money.

Unfortunately the beds was really pure. Not comfortable at all. We will recommend the hotel owners to get new beds. But everything else was lovely.
