Arsas Suites

The place is very close to the beach and the city center. Literally meters away. It is clean and relatively big and comfortable. The host is nice. No one bothers you and they clean it often. A parking slot is available.

Basically no internet connection. It comes and goes so often that it is unusable. It is extremely loud during day and night. You can hear people talking on the street as they pass on their way to the city center or beach, people walking in the corridor, people talking to each other in their rooms... The restaurant by the same name is definetely not the best in town - small portions and overpriced, pretends to be occupied all the time.

Great to have designated parking spaces right in front of the building. Located near to the main tourist spots - beach with restaurants, gelato place, local products shop, games etc. all 2-5 minutes walk but the crowds noises do not reach the property. Responsive staff - they almost immediately handled any issue or request. Other details like the mosquito repellent device being available.

Thinking retrospectively, we had a pot and a pan but didn’t see a spatula or equivalent for cooking. But surely they would’ve provided if we asked.

Wonderful place to stay. Very close to the beach, about 1 minute. Everything looks good and it is very clean. Staff is amazing. We had a wonderful time. Near by is the best restaurant from Nikiti, Arsanas Restaurant.

Comfortable, near the beach, clean and well equiped. Special thanks to our host Maria - she was very welcoming and helpful, made us feel at home :) We also enjoyed the phenomenal food at her restorant near by. We will definetly return here!

Everything was perfect.

Good location - close to the restaurants and the beach. Arsanas restaurant is very good, great food. The apartment is very nice, spacious, clean.

Sometimes there was no hot water and we could not take a shower/bath (ex in the morning), some clean garbage bags could be left in the room.

Close to the sea. There is a private parking lot near the apartments.

Uncomfortable bed. Small shower. Unpleasant noise from the sewer, unpleasant smell of the sewer. There are no curtains on the windows that stop the light. Road noise.

Everything was amazing, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Maria the Manager was very friendly and we would like to personally thank her for her generous gifts and looking after us for the entirely of our stay.
