Philippos Kassiopi Apartments

Lovely apartment with a large balcony. Pool was really nice with a bar. Friendly staff and housekeeping was excellent. More than we expected.

No kettle in our room.

Lovely pool area and spacious apartments. Bar guy great - great food, drink and service. Fantastic location.

Beds too low and too hard. Shower dangerous and needs updating. Only one wine glass.

I couldn’t fault it

The room was amazing, great size. Can’t fault the maids, absolutely amazing. Clean and fresh towels and bins emptied every couple of days-even in the storms.

The only reason I rate the property as disappointing is because a week into our holiday, the pool bar closed. I fully understand that it’s the end of the season-but you had paying customers in the apartments! Also any unoccupied rooms-literally 10 mins after they left, rooms were being stripped and closed up (curtains down all furniture off the balconies) again fully understand the season ending, but made us feel very uncomfortable-felt like we we’re inconveniencing them by occupying rooms. The filters on the swimming pool were turned off-leading to murky water and flies in the pool (we had rain storms). These were switched on, but only after I think a family complained!!

we have statues here 2 times previously the property is a good central location with everything in waking distance

the apartments are very dated, the beds were very low and the mattress was so hard I had to complain and was given a topper which made little difference, worse weeks sleep. also the apartment was not clean
