The best thing about this place is the location. Kokkari is such an authentic place and Hokkum studios is also uniques and authentic compared to other places. The facilities in our room were more than adequate. The host was very helpful.

Clean rooms, good location on the island, easy to park nearby, owners were fantastic with recommendation.

Loved everything, comfy bed , clean and beautifully decorated rooms and communal areas. Perfect location just a very short stroll to bus stop into Samos . 5 minutes to the beach and restaurants . Coffee machine in the communal area was great for early morning coffee ( pods provided in room) . Lovely owners , friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Hokkum Studios for a stay In Kokkari.

Nothing . Would recommend rooms 2 or 7 if you want a private balcony, but i think all rooms had some sort of outdoor seating area .

Läget. Vänligt och hjälpsamt värdpar. Mycket bra ac och fläkt.

Lite lyhört. Sängen kunde haft en tjockare madrass. Fanns inget pentry men det gjorde inte så mycket.
