Nice, polite and helpfull Staff. Very good brekfasts and dinners. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good locatio

Swimming pools are quite in bad condition with cloudy water so we try once and no more... Rooms are very dark, especially ground floor. Depends from the room you are accomodate in you can expect poor privacy.

breakfast and dinner had a big variety of food lots of home made jams honey . The room was very large had a well equipped kitchen too . The three open swimming pools are clean and inviting. very nice gardens. Easy to have short day trips to the famous sights in western Crete

We relax a lot. The view to the mountain was amazing and the food was traditional and very tasty!

Very nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and overall I had a wonderful vacation there. My room was clean and the room service was great. I will definitely be staying again in the future

Beautiful place, we actually had a great time despite the apartment. This could be a lovely place and probably once was but not anymore...

Pool was a milky colour, hot tub closed, extra bar area closed, staff didn't really care, side rail on bunk bed fell off when we touched in, we had to sleep on the sofa beds in the kitchen as description on booking.com not accurate (it did not have enough beds), no kettle, hob didn't work, apartment was dark and dingy.

Welcoming was great and we felt very special uppon our arrival. Hotel is great, breakfast and dinner were amazingwith a varieté of choice. All the staff were very nice to us, and this helped us relax and felt confortable during our entire stay

Everything was fine. The room was clean and cozy. The stuff very friendly. It's a great traditional hotel very close to the beach of Bali. Totally recommend it!
