"Angenehme Athmosphäre und sehr freundliches Personal"

Rollstuhltaugliches Zimmer mir grosser Dusche und Dusch-Stuhl. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Essen. Hoteleigene Fussgängerbrücke, über die viel befahrene Strasse.

Sehr instabile WC-Brille, welche trotz Meldung nicht repariert wurde.

Lage

Wir hatten halb Pension Frühstück sehr einfach und minderwertig. Abendessen auch sehr sparsam und schlecht. Das Personal in Restaurant nicht gerade freundlich und lustlos.Bei nachreichen von Speisen,wurde das Essen hin geklatscht! Obst(Apfel, Orangen...Banane(Wenn man Glück hat) Das Hotel würde ich niemals drei Sterne geben! Essen(Frühstück/Abendessen),na ja Imbiss ist sogar manchmal besser. Kreta ist wunderschön, aber ich werde nie wieder in dieser Hotel übernachten.
