Very cozy , nice and clean. The staff is amazing, cleaning the room every single day. They welcome us like is was their home. Very easy to find , near shops, fitness , center of the town and close to beach.

Excellent accommodation in Nea Kalikratia. The apartment is quite large, it was extremely clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. the suite has a small kitchen as well. It is located a 10-minute walk from the beach and restaurants. Definitely worth the money.

One of the most beautiful apartments we've stayed in. It's brand new, beautifully decorated, spacious, and in an excellent location, making it a tranquil place to stay. Georgia, our host, was incredibly kind. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

"Comfort that many people don't even have at home"

Extremely clean and fresh. Every detail and every convenience has been thought of. Well organized welcome, send off, exceptional attention to visitors. The owners had even prepared a welcome gift for us. Everything from the description fits perfectly. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and quiet, the bathroom wonderful. The living room is huge, there is a large TV, very fast internet with perfect coverage, fridge, microwave, coffee and tea pot. Everything you need. And if you miss anything - the owners are very helpful.

We do not have any comments for the owners. As other people have written, the neighbors keep dogs in the vicinity that bark at night, but this is normal and there is hardly anything the owners can do about it.
