APARTHOTEL VISTA LAGO

The room is really great to spend some time relaxing, it’s a 2min trip with the boat from Flores (10Q per trip). The pool is really appreciated with the heat and the hammock as well. Also the man who was present in the hotel was super helpful and really nice, he made our stay amazing a big thank you to him.

All was great , just we were surprise that the pool is shallow and the internet a bit slow.

Really nice host, chilled outside area with a stunning view to Flores and the lake, local side of the lake, organised our trip to Tikal via the stay, comfy bed, clean

Was quite noisy for some time because of the neighbours and so on, thin walls, quite a hustle to reach since the Lanchas were mainly going to different spots in San Miguel Felt quite abandoned sometimes but didn't bother us

The place was bad bad

The staff were lovely. The room was clean.

Due to plumbing issues it was extremely loud opening the shower tab. You can even hear your neighbours shower when they turn the tap. The bathroom had a sewage smell. The water was cold so had shower in cold water. I found a huge cockroach on my bed. There was a communal area outside the room where people gathered so it was loud at times. You can hear cars, boats from the room as the balcony had plastic doors that didn’t close properly.

The staff was amazing.

This family-run place is a nice treat in busy Flores. Location is excellent, with a great view of the lake and the island. Room is fine, Wi-Fi reception ok and the beds are comfortable. Very friendly staff, gave us a complimentary ride back to the island.
