appartement was clean and the staff was verry kindly we where there with 5 persons. . you need a gojek to transfer you to the restaurants and nearby city. you can visit also the kampong behind this appartements and please bring some candy from your country to make the local kids happy.

"Okay!"

The pool was great and the staff of the hotel was very nice.

The villas themselves were quite bit basic. After 6pm we were unable to still get something to eat at the Residence which was a bit unfortunate. Also our toilet leaked….

Nice appartement, very Friendly staff that would go the extra mile to help

Restaurant was not very good, limited choice. Meal sizes not consistent. However they went out to get drinks for us when they ran out. We had one elderly person with us. This proved to be a challenge since the bathroom was downstairs.

Everything is clean and so comfortable to live in although the water dispenser didn't work for some reasons but the staff was very helpful and changed it right away. The staffs are the best; they're quick and reliable.

There is no cleaning stuff like vacuum cleaner or sweeper even though we can ask for that at the receptionist but I found it was not so efficient.

"Great stay, although for Pandangaran standards not cheap"

Nice, new complex, great pool, nice villa’s, all amenities in order. You can cook your breakfast, have a large fridge and a 19l cool or hot water dispenser in the livingroom. Good aircon and great service from very nice personnel.
