The electric shower dripped all night unfortunately and as we could hear this from the twin room was disappointing. The sort to the toilet also squeaks loudly. Otherwise we were delighted with the apartment cleanliness and location and the reception staff were extremely welcoming.

The reception desk was helpful in explaining the location of the apartment, taking the easiest route due to an elderly friend traveling with me. Also helped with getting us to the train station to return to Dublin. Told us to ask for any services needed during our stay, such as extra towels. Good location to the center of the city, and also near a grocery store.

Could have provided paper towels or napkins in kitchen. Everything else was provided.

"Great staff- pleasant stay in Galway"

Excellent location- quiet but quite near Eyre Square and all. The front desk was absolutely lovely and efficient.

The apartment was a cheap quality- fine but not nice, except the living room furniture was quite comfortable.

Un solo baño para 4 personas. Ir a buscar la llave a un hotel a 15 minutos de distancia. Wc no desagua bien
