The room is beautiful and well-kept, and the hotel itself also looks very fresh. Location is great with a lot of coffee shops, open-air shopping center and cozy streets to walk around

The AC doesn’t cool at night until 9:30am and it's really stuffy in the room. Staff told us to open the window, but in the evening you can hear all the noise from the restaurant downstairs, which is really loud When we got to the room, we had to wait a long time for the boiler to heat up the water, and we couldn't take a shower for a long time... We ended up showering in coold water because we were just really tired and wanted to sleep And last little note - there wasn’t any drinking water in the room. A bottle of water is the minimum that can be done for good service.
