King's Rooftop Studios

The staff was helpful with helping to use the air conditioning. The shower and bathroom were fine. Bed was comfortable. On our floor, the shared kitchen area was clean and had basic essentials for us to use. View from the small balcony was nice, looking over a garden area and dog park. Coffee shop across the street was enjoyable.

Curtains in disrepair in room,. Floors were not clean in room. Balcony was dirty with cigarette ashes. The building entry and stairwells were in disrepair, dirty floors, dirty front windows walls, items left in stairwell. The rooftop community area had garbage scattered all around, all furniture and awning damaged, dirty. It was disappointing.

Das Haus und Treppenhaus waren in schlechten und schmutzigen Zustand. Weder Klimaanlage noch Ventilator haben funktioniert. Der Taxitransfer hat nicht funktioniert.

I booked in last minute when I landed to tel Aviv . I was pleased how quick they could prepare for my studio . Had small balcony , bed was just tooo comfortable Stairs to get up can be a bit difficult I had help so was no issue good work out / cardio . Shops , restaurants are close by . It’s shared kitchen so you can hear people going in / out . Host was kind in helping and assisting .

Spacious, air-conditioned and comfortable room with private bathroom and a balcony in the very centre of Tel-Aviv, right next to Meir park (and a bomb shelter). It has a 24/7 AM/PM supermarket right across the road from the building entrance and a number of nice cafes for breakfast in the vicinity. Shower gel, shampoo and towels are provided, as well as the kettle and a fridge. Cups, glasses, plates and cuttlery are available in the common kitchen.

Some lights in the room were not working and the window didn't close all the way, so you can hear the children playing and dogs barking in the park very loudly.

The location of the facility is very good. There is easy access to everything. The business owners were very interested. There is a small bazaar to close to the hotel... It is very easy to reach everywhere. Also, the HOTEL is very clean and peaceful. There are fire extinguishers, this is important... So everything was great...
