The location is perfect! Bus stations around the apartment, 3 min walking distance to the beach and even though there are restaurants and bars nearby it wasn't loud! To my surprise there are even little shops that has open 24h!! The communication with the customer service and the team was great, considering that the check in and out process is made by itself. But the directions for it were really easy to follow! (first time for me experiencing this way of procedures) There was no issue with any entry code - given that I've read comments from others who had problems with it - i didnt! I stayed in apartment Nr 7! So I can only speak for this one! The apartment is equipped with almost everything one would need! For me it was sufficient! Another plus (for me personally) was the air conditioner, which is installed in the living room! The sound wasn't as loud as others I've experienced before! And even though there is only a wall without an actual door separating bedroom from living room, I was happy that the bedroom area wasn't as cool as the living area! So that I could turn off the conditioner during the night having just the right temperature! For me, the Bed and mattress was super comfy! Therefore I would recommend this apartment!

Well, it's not a 5 star accommodation! That needs to be mentioned! Especially for those who have high expectations! Like most apartments near the sea there is always a humidity around which causes cracks in the concrete. The furniture is a little old. Especially the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. They do squeak when opened and closed. Especially the Shower glass doors were really hard to close and pull together. The only thing that I could not handle was the cushions on the balcony furniture! They had burn marks and were really dirty! I placed a towel on one to lay on. But all these are esthetical things that can be fixed and renewed easily. Another thing that could make this accommodation perfect would be a little pool on the rooftop as well as some activities where people can gather together and meet like yoga or Pilates classes!

Probably the best property I have stayed in tel aviv. Excellent location, super clean, amazing rooftop and extremely responsive staff. Any minor issues I had were dealt with within an hour or so. Great value for money and will definitely stay here again.

The location was unbeatable, right on the beach and surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores. Highly recommend staying here in this central location.

Friendly crew with excellent communication skills, clean, comfy with a nice private balcony. In a very strategic location, one minute walk to the beach and surrounded by 24/7 grocery shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!!
