Food was great. Personal lawn and parking with the villa. Great Pool.

Rules Regarding clothes in the pool, not every one will be comfortable and confident in small swimming trunks. Pool timings, morning we went out to visit the town and by the time we came back the pool was about to close.

The manager asked for the payment first for booking confirmation and so we never went there

The guy responsible fir our villa was very good and i appreciate his efforts . His name was Manish

Be careful with their billing . At the time of booking they show GST extra and at the time of billing they will say there is no GST . But full amount with gst amount to be paid with no bill . Food bills are not shown and inflated at the time of billing .

Location is awesome for those who want to live in nature with all facilities. Easy access, swimming pool are the additional things. Staff is very cooperative and helpful and arranges what you want for your kitchen.

Food options are limited, but still satisfactory with good delivery

Food quality was great. Service was also good. Villa size is huge. Car parking is safe. Staff is decent.

Breakfast options were very limited and payable. Property is under construction. To much sound of construction. Every time had to call yo stop noise. Swimming pool is small but way to pool is very risky. Everything seems to be under construction. Stinking smell from toilets. Avoidable.

Minimum services. Even a milk powder or coffee packet or sugar packet given in spite of mentioning tea n coffee services. Food tastes okay but service n quantity is less. Also delayed. Location is quite far from lansdowne and have to travel quite away and drive downhill. Towel was unclean. Since we carried our own so didn’t matter. Garden and terrace not maintained. Not that it matters but photos are a bit misleading. Top floor of villa is quite warm and ac didn’t work properly.

Property is really good you can enjoy your independent villa. Staff also helps to provide any essential things for your children or grandparents. Restaurant food is also good but the quantity is little less than expectations so I need to order each thing twice. Personally, parking space in front of your villa.

If you really want to enjoy the swimming pool. Make sure to carry swimming costumes. Else, you need to pay Rs 200 for costumes each time you use the swimming pool.
