The staff was courteous and professional....eapecially Anand is a real asset to dew drops being professional and well mannered. The property is scenic and beautiful. There is ample of natural beauty and areas to explore which makes any other issue forgivable..

The place is remote and being cold most of the year tea and coffee at a minimum should be available most times at the hotel. The restaurant timings are fixed which can be a problem in remote areas. The linen is worn out and needs changing. Also any form of shuttle services bet kallar and dew drops would be a great value add for the average solo traveller since u already have vehicles.. because commuting is slow and buses few and far between. And taxis and rickshaws are outrageously expenaive. This is not in Munnar but rather 15 kms from munnar. There is a lot of scope for adding small nooks for reading......rock sit outs...children play areas...swings etc at little expense which can make this place stand apart.
