"Good staff and location can't mask frequent outages, noise, and missing basics."

The reception is very friendly and cooperative and eager to help. The room services are also excellent, and the place is clean and close to all services.

1. The water outage is upsetting. 2. The drill and its noise from morning till evening are annoying. 3. There is no cable to connect the receiver to the TV. 4. The bedroom door doesn't close easily. 5. There is no drinking water, instant coffee, or tea cup. 6. There is only one towel. 7. The breakfast consists only of cheeses.

Cleaning is acceptable

Receptionist poor! Room land line not working. Breakfast was offered in parcels box . Over all this hotel is not recommended

"Relaxing, affordable and comfortavle stay"

Value for money, nice, clean and cozy apartment rooms. The hotel staff including bell boys, hotel manager’s Miss Maram & Mr. Amro are so helpful and cooperative.

The breakfast should be improved
