"Great stay in a beautiful setting"

Very nice property with a great restaurant. Nice garden and patio area overlooking the olive trees and vineyards. Rooms are spacious and well air conditioned. The only thing missing is a lounge area for guests to use. The empty rooms on the ground floor could be turned into a lounge or living room space.

"Perfect farmhouse in Tuscany"

The location is fabulous, near Florence (25 min) and in the beautiful Tuscany countryside. The views from our room were great. The wine, produced at the property, is delicious. The restaurant is top notch! Everything was sparkling clean and the room was deliciously scented and fresh, just what we needed after the baking temperatures of mid August

The receptionist could be more welcoming, a smile doesn't cost much and can make the guest experience even better 😉

"Exceptional"

A wonderful hideaway in the Italian countryside. Tuscany is just a wonderful piece of land, and the agriturismo cottage makes its own wine and olive oil. It was great to be able to taste them. The hosts are very warm, welcoming people who are open to talking about the agriculture they do and what's special about their product. The views were stunning, the garden and the surrounding hills were gorgeous, and the room had a great rustic interior style, preserving the traditional style of the house. I would always come back and recommend Ulivello to anyone!

Beautiful scenery and lovely place a little way out from town.

Staff were lovely but lacked the welcome I expected a little too quiet for us. Our second night they were closed so we could not get anything as no one was there and there was no hot water that night

Comfy beds, clean rooms, nice view and silent. Nice and warm welcoming guy.

Breakfast was nice, probably just a bit small: I would recommend the owner to offer few more options.
