Not as clean as it could be. No WiFi Hotel taxi service changed prices to suit driver

I stayed at the villa and it's a very spacious accommodation with the amenities as mentioned. The cooking essentials and crockery was in a good condition and the washrooms were clean as well. The caretaker does drop by to check if everything is fine and if there's any assistance required. The location is not very close to the beaches but not too far either, a short bike ride of 10 mins is sufficient. Overall a good quaint stay.

Taxi mafias in the area are a menace. They are at large in Goa but their presence was very strong here. They would charge an exorbitant cost even for short rides and moreover they do not allow outside cabs to enter the property. We were also advised by the locals to not park our vehicles inside the property as it is likely to be damaged by these miscreants. Sincere call-out to the owner for sorting this mess as tourists wouldn't prefer spoiling vacation time managing these guys. This property is a 10/10 but the taxi mafias are spoiling the time spent there.

The Wi-Fi was really very slow and the speed of the internet was so pathetic. Also the toilet jet spray was leaking due to which there was water in the bathroom floor.

The villa was beautiful and spacious. It was located in a good area which made it easier to travel around. The house was really good and my kids and wife loved it.

Nothing as such, and I do understand that everything can't be perfect. Also, a property like this would need a lot of maintenance, especially because it gets rented to unknown people, and no one knows how they would use it. We still loved the property, and a few things here and there didn't make a difference.
