Very quiet location above Stresa and a very friendly welcome... Definitely a place to be back in the future...

Everything was outstanding! The room, the gardens overlooking the lake, the bathroom, the breakfast, and the service couldn’t have been better. I’d give it an 11 if I could.

The view was breath taking, the decoration was of excellent taste and the breakfast was really good!

Location: Maybe it was my mistake during the Booking, but I was looking to be in walking distance from Stresa, and this was 4,3km from the central piazza - impossible to walk due to narrow streets. So, i found it extremely expensive for a small room so far out of town, but it is a matter of taste and need.

Kind and helpful welcome when Google Maps led us astray. Room was spacious and clean but crowded with furniture. Absolutely fantastic lake view but the "Giardino" was overgrown and needed some serious TLC. Nice breakfast.

Overpriced, rather tired. Decor was not to our taste. Clearly we missed the "glory days" of this property.

The host is very helpful and welcoming. After having found the accommodation quite easily earlier in the day we got lost getting back in the evening - Daniele came and found us and showed us the way.
