Everything was great. The host was very kind, the breakfast was excellent and varied and the location was great because famous locations of other cities are close.

Very friendly host. The room was clean and cozy. We had all the necessary things for a nice stay. It also offers a great view over the beautiful Tuscany nature. Very tasty breakfast with a lot of meals to choose from.

Spacious rooms that were very clean. Bonus to have a fridge and a kettle. Lovely breakfast with cappuccinos and cakes! Delightful owner and a quick checkin. We had a cute terrace to sit out on and enjoy a drink.

I liked everything! Location! Breakfast! Building! Room! Heated floors! Cleanness! Did I mention breakfast? :) And first of all - the host! Isabell is absolutely amazing person who made us feel very welcome! That's not one of those agriturismo far on the hill. This one is basically on the edge of the small city. You can walk 2 min to the nearest supermarket, and 5-8 minutes to the center of the city. No need to drive after having dinner in the city! A great potential bonus for wine lovers! We stayed here for 4 nights. I wish we had more time!

There is nothing I didn't like. To keep expectations realistic: the train rails are just a few meters from the building. And there are few trains passing through the night. But they are so surprisingly quiet we didn't hear them most of our nights (but the first one, when I was still awake due to jet lag).

The property was centrally located and was a short walk into town. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and our hostess was very kind with great recommendations for dining and travel to the surrounding areas.

It should be mentioned that there are several stairs to climb to the rooms.

Breakfast was home-made and delicious. Much better than continental breakfast. The host was very nice.

The first floor was actually 2nd floor.

upon arrival, i was a bit disappointed, as this property was not a true agriturismo. but it turned out to be a wonderful stay. our host was amazing, the breakfast was beyond delicious (all baked goods were home made), and the location was perfect.

After visiting Rome, we LOVED the extra space in this charming apartment! Isabella was a wonderful host - she took time to answer our questions. She provided us a bottle of her husband’s wine, yummy. Breakfasts were amazing and included her homemade pastries. The location was central to downtown, a quick drive or walk (in daytime.) For a small charge she washed our clothes! The beauty from our balcony was spectacular!

I’m having a hard time thinking of negatives. The shower was very small and would be difficult for a large person.

What a great little spot, not as busy as some of the adjacent towns, this Agriturismo was very comfortable, had a great view overlooking the adjacent valley and was set back behind nearby houses. very comfortable for a longer stay with full cooking and dining facilities, we wish we had stayed a few days longer.
