Yleinen siisteys erinomaista, miellyttävä sisustus, asiallinen aamiainen, hyvät sängyt, pimennsverhot toimivat, vaivaton pysäköinti, rauhallinen ja hiljainen. Yleisesti sanoen leppoisa yöpymispaikka sellaista etsivälle. Erityisesti lapsiperheille sopiva.

Huoneessa ei ole ilmastointia mikä saattaa kesällä aiheuttaa tuskaa, nytkin oli yöllä vähän lämmintä. Mutta tämäkin on varmasti yksilöllistä.
