Місце знаходження 2хв від Ратуші, біля Рошен. Можно залишити речі та гуляти.

Все дууже брудне та зламане. Є вбиральня та душ, але їх стан наче рік користуються безхатьки, все брудне, смердить та поламане. Є поламане ліжко, з брудною білизною, яке навряд чи бачило пральну машину. Рушники теж брудні.
