Location excellent, very clean and spacious, staff was excellent

It was self catering so no breakfast. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. It was 15 minutes walk from the station by and close to shops and Resturants. A balcony and paved outside area are available and a lift internally.

Room was very noisy with neighbours in the room above disturbing us all night. The dishes snd cutlery was of poor quality being chipped and not matching. There were no storage dishes. The balcony was closely overlooked by neighbours.

Such a nice place to stay in Pisa. The host, Analisa, is super friendly and helpful, the location is ideal, the rooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. It really exceeded my expectations, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Pisa.

Analisa was very kind and helpful, and she was available at reception in the mornings to answer any questions or offer advice on things to do and see in Pisa. The room was very spacious, and had a well-stocked kitchenette. The windows had mosquito nets and there was a fan which was very much appreciated for keeping the room cool. The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to the airport, train station and all the sights. Grazie per il tuo aiuto, Analisa!

Property was a 15 minute walk from the train station. The host was very communicative and attentive. Very clean and quiet. Location was central to everything.
