"Bonne surprise !"

Charmante résidence au cœur du centre historique, située dans une rue calme à 100m de l'Arno (côte Sud, à 10-15mn de la gare à pied). Tout est faisable à pied. Les propriétaires sont charmants et aidants. Le studio est très propre et les sanitaires encore plus ! Un autre plus pour les moustiquaires ! Parking à 7-8mn à pied, pour moins de 7€/jour.

"A quiet comfortable courtyard facing ground floor small comfortable apartment near the Arno Rivers and cafes and bistros"

Great location near the Arno River and bistros, very nice apartment layout and beautiful courtyard outside, wonderfully helpful staff person Analisa, comfortable bed, good furnishings closets dining table chair desk

no heater control (Pisa city mandate for post-April!), very few or no sockets in kitchen/dining/desk area, slippery bathroom floor, odd folding glass doors for shower, some fixtures loose and need repair

"Great location close to all major attractions"

Lovely quiet location. Great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and parks etc. Felt like a proper home with stylish decor. Anna Lisa on reception was very friendly and recommended some great local restaurants which we went to.

"Séjour très agréable !"

Accueil très chaleureux à notre arrivée. Des conseils de visite et un plan pour s’orienter , top ! La personne qui nous a accueillie au petit soin pour notre séjour . Merci pour cet accueil !! La ruelle est très calme ! Idéal pour se reposer après une longue journée de visite . Le patio est très agréable quand il fait chaud , il y a des petites tables pour se mettre dehors . L’appartement était très propre et les lits confortables !

Les plaques électriques pour cuisiner pas vraiment au point ! Mais c’est un détail .
