The room was clean and quite. The owner is nice and there are several parking places.

The location is not obvious, no indication on the house, you need to ask the owner for the exact house location when you arrive. A car is required if you want to move around. You need to pay extra 20 euros per stay for the cleaning fees.

We truly enjoyed the calm and dinners at the family restaurant. If you like good food, this is most definitely a place to visit. The place is generally super clean, comfortable and not far from the coast. Prices are more than fair at this specific moment of Croatian economic history. Any point on the coast is 10-15 minutes drive. So, if you like food, dislike crowds and don't mind going to the beach by car (positive side is that you can explore new ones from day to day) I would recommend this place...and would visit again myself .

Rooms don't have refrigerators, tho you can leave small amount of own food in the kitchenette fridge, which can be impractical. Room fridge is a small investment with lots of benefits.

big room, balcony

Room full of smoke from chimney (due to restaurant below balcony), toilet (sewer, drain) stinks very much. We found small scorpion in the room. (actually it is not dangerous animal for human).

-good location. In a quiet village but also close to the beach. -very good restaurant with local food. -very clean.

it would be better if there is a balcony to be able to see the countryside view. but you always get what you pay. the price is worthy.
