Friendly host and staff. Exactly what you would expect from a stay in the area.

The highway nearby but wasn't a deal breaker.

Our stay was comfortable, the spring drinking water was delicious and we had everything we needed for our weekend stay for a wedding.

Perfect for our family of 4 , excellent location lots to do around the area, cycle, meander, etc , very peaceful

Comfortable bed. Hospitable host. Farm style neighborhood.

Noise from trucks on the highway. Shower temperature is not user friendly.

1. Kettle had oldwater with mouldlike on top. 2. The place had NO WATER YET they use their OWN SPRING WATER. No back up plan for the water crisis they claimed that there were not aware. We gave them over 4 hours to fix the problem, a lady came after 20h00 and offered that we can go and bath in her house, which was going to be a huge inconvenience since i had to bath by 3am preparing for my race. We had no other alternative but to look for another accommodation. The cottage looked like it has not have been looked after or properly cleaned as there were dead flies on the window seals.

The location is a little close to the N3, which could be a little noisy at times, but when you close the windows it did muffle the noise. Otherwise it was great
