Comfortable bed, big bathroom, good curtains that block light

Two sheets covering the mattress horizontally! The kitchenware could have been a bit cleaner. No foreign language TV channels

Rooms were excellent, clean, bright, comfortable.

Unfortunately we were in room 12 third floor. Difficult to carry bags up stairs. We are both in our 60s, husband uses walking stick. Not really suitable for us but room was fantastic and we would go back just not on that floor.

The location should be mentioned positively

Angled, small, dirty - it was only cleaned acceptably after the second complaint. There was no apology for the circumstances. Pictures speak louder than words - looking forward to the hotel's excuses.

The location was great. The view from balcony was directly to the city center. The ´view was awesome. And all the facilities were good. The room was big and had a great time staying here

The reception of this hotel was in another location. Had to check in and check out at different location other than the location of the hotel.
