The receptionist was very kind and helpful

The room was situated next to the road so we could not open a window because of the noise and the ‘airconditioning’ was not working, only in certain periods. We had a really bad night. In the morning we wanted to take a shower but the water was boiling hot (literally, dangerous) because the thermostatic tap was not working. So we could not take a shower in a 120 euro per night hotel! The reception is not available on Sundays until 10.30 and we had to leave at 10.00. Furthermore there is an ironing board but no iron, so what’s the use of the board? The microwave oven has no manual so you have to guess how it works. For some reason the couch was covered with a sheet. Why? Altogether a really disappointing experience!
