Le calme de la résidence, les 2 piscines, la proximité du bourg et des plages et les gérants adorables.

L'appartement étant côté rue, certaines heures de la journée peuvent être bruyantes. Ca reste agréable.

The apartments are in a good location, about a 20 minute walk into Carantec. Their is an outdoor and indoor pool which is a bonus although we did not use them. Also a 9 hole golf course which my husband used. The kitchen is small but has everything you need, good quality pots and pans, and a dishwasher. The staff are really helpful and friendly, there is a laundry available to use if needed The apartments are really good value for money compared with other accomodation in the area, and all have either a balcony or terrace area which was lovely given the good weather. They have nice grounds to look out over . The little town of Carantec is beautiful with little shops, supermarket and some nice restaurants. Lovely beaches all nearby, and good walking in and around the area. Morlaix is only a 30 minute drive away along the coast road which is beautiful. A lovely area of France .

The apartments are very basis, which is to be expected given their value for money. The beds are not very comfortable very thin mattress, and only one pillow. They look quite cheerless from the outside, and a bit spartan inside with no home comforts. There were no tea towels for dishes, no filters for the coffee maker, just missing little touches. However, once we knew what we needed just went out and bought a few things. I would advise people to take their own pillows, take some tea towels and filters for coffee machine.

Convenient parking, very attentive reception staff. Quite good location. Coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and microwave were all appreciated as was the large selection of crockery and cutlery.

The need to pay a 250 euro security deposit was not appreciated, since we booked through BC and our identities/credit card numbers were therefore freely available. The bedroom with a steeply sloping ceiling was below par. Every time I entered the room I banged my head on the ceiling which, being also the external roof, stayed rather warm in the afternoon sun. Not a problem later when weather turned cooler. The sofa was a convertible type, which offered additional bed space. Not too comfortable to rest on in the evenings as a sofa. Check in times were rather late at 1530 onwards and checkout times (which had to be booked so a damage check could be made) too early, before 1000.
