Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Provided with their access code (for entrances and studio) and studio number, everyone is free to arrive at the time they wish. The codes are valid from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The entrance is located at 22 rue Gambetta. The reception is not permanent, we remain reachable by email, SMS, phone. You do not depend on our presence. Make sure you have all the information before you leave home! The elevator does not serve the 2nd floor. Notify us in the event of reduced mobility. Single beds are subject to availability. Parking is ONLY on public streets. For a paid private parking space, please contact us BEFORE your arrival, as it is subject to availability.
