Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Colmar Centre

Allt var till belåtenhet men vi är väldigt besvikna på att vi hade trappor till rummet! I beskrivningen vid bokningstillfället var hotellet "Tillgänglighetsannpassat" och "hiss" någon hiss till dom två trappor fanns EJ. Är det "tillgänglighetsannpassat" med lång trappa utan hiss? Vi försökte att få annat rum med det var ej möjligt. Om vi hade haft rullstol eller rullator utan hiss hade då personalen fixat en lyftkran som lyft oss utanför huset. Nu är det så att vi klarade dom två trapporna med stor möda och svett.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, including pans, pots, and a stove. The room is nice, clean, and the air conditioning is cool. Good price . I stayed 1 rooms for 4 people . I pay about 130 Euro

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, but the issue was resolved by the staff immediately.

la climatisation et la piscine (très appréciée)

disfonctionnement du réfrigérateur (il congelait les aliments sur tout un côté -) gros problème lorsqu'on a de l'insuline !) disfonctionnement du four à micro-onde (les aliments restaient froids). Très peu de vaisselle (même pour 2 !) mauvaise literie. Le ménage mal fait. Manque de choix au petit-déjeuner au vu du prix de 18 € !!!

Great sized room in a good location. Walking distance to the old town. Kitchenette was very useful.

Bathroom was a bit mouldy. Could do with some upgrades as it felt a little outdated. Unfortunately couldn’t open the blinds as my room was on the ground floor next to the street where people walking past would be able to look in.

Spacious studio room with a kitchenette. Modern and simple. The location was good, very close to the historic centre which we could walk to in 5-10 mins. We found on street free parking opposite the hotel. Staff were friendly. I loved the pool.. nice and well organised space. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good.

Ask for a room in the new part because they gave us one in the old building which required carrying suitcases up two floors, no lift, so requested a change to the main building. Given that this is a good modern hotel (mid-range in price), some things were surprising: no control of AC temperature which was not always comfy, no armchairs in sitting area of the studio, large bathroom with min space to put your toiletries, mattresses were bigger than the bases of the bed, mattresses were memory foam and ok, not as comfy nor quality one would expect. The place gives you a large list of requirements and penalties plus a price list of extras… not impressed with this. We got no housekeeping service during our stay of 2 days.
