Clean and convenient to the beach etc.

We were on the top floor but of a pain. Also the pool hasn’t been working for three years that I know so it needs to be sorted.

Very clean and close to shop and beaches. The pool wasn’t open and this needs to be stated on the website.

Top floor which was hard for my husband post operation. No wine bottle opener and the cups were very small.

It has air conditioning and a small fridge.

I booked this place because of the pool shown in the photos with bar/snack area. None of this is available. Staff told us the pool has been closed for over a year. There is no reception at the hotel so it’s difficult to deal with any problems. Booking.com contacted the property and supposedly Ninettas offered me a proposal to the pool problem and claimed I refused it. I did not receive any proposal or notification from Ninettas. The shower is a bad design and results in water all over the bathroom floor no matter how careful you are. You will have a cold shower if it’s not a sunny day (solar)

In general my experience was more than good. Spacious balcony, great air-conditioning, well equipped room. Rooms are cleaned daily. Also very quiet during day and night hours.

The shower lacked of a door resulting in wetting the whole bathroom floor. In the listing was advertised a pool view but the view we had was of the beside building.
