Golden Star

no curtains in the bath. Everything got wet after shower less noisy beds

We stayed at Golden Star for 14 nights. The owner and staff were very welcoming and attentive during our stay. Our room No2 was spacious and comfortable with a balcony, table and chairs, overlooking the pool, The room was airconditioned and very quiet. Housekeeping was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Appreciated the kitchen area with a fridge for making coffee tea etc. Enjoyed spending time in the pool bar area, sunbeds around the pool were always available some with shades. The property is a few minutes away from the centre of Nydri and the beaches where there is a very good selection of restaurants, bars and shops, many along the beach and Harbour walkway. A very pleasant experience.

TV reception on was good on all the stations except BBC World service, not normally a problem however, during our stay Our Queen, Elizabeth II passed away. We were able to see some of the news and ceremonies on the TV in the bar area with our hosts.

The small swimming pool was good for the kids. The owners very friendly

That it is located in the middle of the houses. According to the rules the children can not make noise when the neighbors are sleeping during the day... Little difficult with small children who want to enjoy themselves

The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Very nice hotel! The staff did everything to make sure we had the best possible time! Good drinks, good prices, good location! The cleaning was very good too. The pool was the perfect temperature and there were plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas. The hotel arranged taxis back and forth from the airport. We have only good things to say about this hotel and staff! The next time I travel to Lefkas, I will stay at this hotel!
